Board of Management
The school is administered by a Board of Management appointed by the Trustees of the St. Joseph of Cluny Order.
The Board has nine members and includes representatives of the Trustees, teaching staff and the Parents’ Association. The Board is responsible for determining school policies and the school ethos in relation to all major matters. These include a school policy on admissions, employment issues, finances and fees, development planning and academic standards.

Parents Council
The work of the Parents Council throughout the school year has become a very important dimension in school life. The Council is central to the organisation of various events throughout the school year such as: Fifth/Sixth Year Careers Evening, Sixth Year Lunch, Carol Service, Fundraising, Sports Day, 5K fun run and Debs Social. The Parents Council have also participated in the formation of school policies over the years. Meetings usually take place on a monthly basis. The Parents Council AGM takes place each October where new members are invited to join the committee. There are 12 parents on the committee with a number on the supplementary list, who help out as some of the big events.
