Our Summer Reading Challenge returns to Cluny!

We are delighted to share the Summer Reading Challenge 2023 with you. Like last year, our summer challenge is a reading prompt list. This prompt list features a variety of reading challenges. Participants are tasked with reading something that meets the criteria for each prompt.

Our prompts this year are:

• Read a book set in space.
• Try an audiobook.
• Read a retelling or reimagining of a classic, myth or popular story.
• Read a book inspired by true events.
• Read a book with multiple narrators or points of view (POVs).
• Read a book featuring magical creatures.
• Read a book recommended to you by someone else.

By the end, all participants should have a unique reading list which documents their reading journey.

Students, staff and parents/guardians are invited to take part. The deadline for reading lists is September 2023.

All students who submit their reading lists in September 2023 will be in with the chance to win a prize! A final date for submissions will be announced on our return after the summer break.
