Congratulations to our class of 2022 who celebrated their Debs last night. They had their reception at Fitzpatrick’s Castle Hotel. A big thank you to Suzanne MacNeill, Catherine Meehan Doyle, Deirdre Kelly and Annette Holly from the Parents’ Association for all of their help and preperations for this event. We hope all our past pupils had a fantastic night.
The elections for our House Captains and Vice Captains took place this morning. Best of luck to all who entered and very well done on your excellent speeches.
The deadline for the library summer reading challenge readings lists was today. Congratulations to Ava Daly, Niamh Sheehan and Grace Watson for completing each reading prompt and creating their own unique reading lists. Each student will receive a prize in the coming days.
The deadline for applications for the TY library committee was today. Thank you to all who applied! The new committee will be announced next week.
After-school choir returned this week! Choir takes place every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m. in the concert hall. Well done to all involved! All are welcome to join.
It is Climate Action Week in Dublin from the 12-17 of September. The library held a special themed display of books on climate change, our world, weather systems, geography and more here to help guide students in their reading of this important topic.
