Well done to all of our TY students who completed their work experience this week. We are looking forward to hearing about your placements on your return next week.
We were delighted to welcome past pupil Naomi Cunningham back to Cluny this morning. Naomi received an award for achieving the highest result in Leaving Certificate applied maths in the country. Congratulations to Naomi and her teacher Ms. Delahunty! A major achievement!
A massive thank you to past pupil Isabel Lawlor Plazas who visited us this morning. Isabel spoke to students about her work as with a grassroots organisation called Second Tree. They provide education to refugees in remote parts of Northern Greece.
Second- and third-year students enjoyed a day out yesterday in Emerald Park! We hope you all had a fantastic day. Thank you to all involved for organising this trip.
Congratulations to Doireann Dowdall in first year who came third in her race at the East Leinster Athletics this week. Well done to all of our students who took part! We are proud of you all.
Our first-year students raised €1000 for Goal in aid of the Syria and Turkey earthquake appeal. A fantastic achievement for all involved! Thank you as well to Ms. Kavanagh, Ms. Doyle and Ms. Rooney for helping the students organise their fundraisers.
Well done to members of our Ember Team who graduated yesterday in DCU St. Patrick’s campus. We are proud of each of you.
We recently played against Dalkey as part of the Super Tennis Bowl Trophy. We hope you all enjoyed the match!
We would like to wish all of our TY students the very best of luck as well with their DELF exams next week.
We hope you all have a relaxing weekend! And remember, at Cluny, we believe, we belong, and we become!
